Creating a Business Development Committee

Hello fellow Chefs!

I would like to begin the discussion around the creation of a Business Development Committee for mDAO.

mDAO is currently lacking direction and an overall vision in the realm of biz dev. And, as I represent a project looking to get more engaged and more deeply involved with mDAO, I have found the experience quite painful.

The goal of the comittee:

  1. Create Key Performance Indicators for Liquidity Mining
  2. Create Key Performance Indicators for Referral Program
  3. Be the “go-to” people for any project looking to partner with Marinade
  4. Work with the grant committee to find qualified people to fund the creation of KPI dashboards.
